Our business is based on great relationships, if you know someone who we could help, recommend them to us and receive a £100 voucher when their mortgage or protection product completes. It’s our way of saying thank you for supporting us.

Voucher limited to one per introduction, per household. Meaning you can use this voucher multiple times to introduce new clients with no limit on how many introductions you make, however multiple introductions to the same new client from the same or an associated* household will not be counted.
This voucher is not transferable to any other party.
If we have previously been introduced to the target client we will inform you immediately. £100 will be sent by bank transfer once we have been paid by the respective lender, insurer or client following successful completion. You can choose to have £100 sent to a charity of your choice in place of receiving the funds. If the client does not proceed to business we will not pay for the introduction.
Sterling Southgate reserves the right to refuse payments on account of any suspected foul play, financial abuse or suspicious activity. *an associated household is any family member, colleague or friend associated with the individual making the referral.
