Using the latest technology we collate all the relevant documents and information from you securely allowing us to provide you high quality advice.
3. Advice & Application
Following extensive research of the market, speaking with lenders and insurance providers we will provide our advice and recommendation ready for application. We then run through all the documents with you so you have a 360 degree view of all aspects of our advice leaving you informed and ready to proceed.
4. Progress to Completion
It's all hands to the pump at Sterling Southgate, we want to get the mortgage offer out and terms from your insurer swiftly putting you in the best position possible to complete. We do this with a hands on approach communicating with you at regular agreed intervals.
