Setting new standards with the Wellbeing Charter

It’s been a few years of tremendous change in the industry. From lockdowns and remote working, the market grinding to a halt, following by the flood gates opening. Throw in rising inflation, interest rates and a cost of living crisis - you’ve got a melting pot of potential stress bubbling away.

We’re no stranger to the challenges that can come with life challenges and from personal experience comes a drive to ensure we put best foot forward in shaping the standards of support for those working in the Mortgage Industry.

We’re proud to be part of a UK wide steering group, helping to influence the industry and generate change. This work has recently been featured in Financial Reporter, where we shared our commitment, ideas and work that we’re doing with other leading figures in the industry.
